Sycamore Drive, Conna

Monday and Tuesday spent getting to grips with Sycamore Drive in Conna. 300mm URSA in the attic along with lagging the tanks and pipework. 60mm Envirobead plus pumped into the walls. The ventilation of the roofs was carried out with 6 x20,000 mm profiled roof vents and the walls with 5" ,8500mm wall kit in the sitting rooms to prevent risk from carbon monoxide poisoning. As usual the lads are using the rope system allowing them to work safely on the roof. The neat finish on the walls barely visible on the dash and will be gone when lower sections are painted.

The tanks and piping also well wrapped up as it will be way colder up there. To finish the ventilation is upgraded to stop condensation and rot of roof timbers during the colder weather.
